You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery to You
of Merchandise purchased on the Website.
All Merchandise purchased through the Website is delivered to You F.O.B
ANASTASIA's warehouse. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the Merchandise
passes
to You upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.
You may return Merchandise to ANASTASIA within
ten (10) days from the date of delivery by using the online form available
on the Website. Any returned Merchandise
must be received by ANASTASIA within 20 days of receipt of shipment by
You. Merchandise can only be returned to ANASTASIA if it is in its original
condition
and it has not been worn, washed or otherwise used and is shipped from the
United States. Any Merchandise being returned must bear the original Refund
Tag and
Single-Use Clip. If the Merchandise being returned is shoes, in case of any
Single-Use Clip, the sticker placed on the sole of the shoes must not have
been removed
or otherwise altered. Merchandise must be returned to ANASTASIA complete
of all of its parts and accessories and in its original packaging along
with the
Return Slip provided to You by ANASTASIA within the original shipment of
the Merchandise. Items of Merchandise that belong to the same order must
be returned
to ANASTASIA at the same time. ANASTASIA will refund to You the purchase
price, less an $6.00 handling fee. Refunds
are processed within approximately three (3) business days of receipt of
the Merchandise
by ANASTASIA. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card
used to make the original purchase on the Website. Your account should
be credited
within one or two billing cycles from the date of return. ANASTASIA will
not issue any refunds for returns that do not comply with the foregoing
procedure.
However, You will have the option to request that the Merchandise be shipped
back to You in the condition in which it is received by ANASTASIA at your
own cost. ANASTASIA shall only be responsible for any loss or damage
to Merchandise
that is returned by You through ANASTASIA's common carrier. ANASTASIA
offers no exchanges on the Merchandise sold. You may return any product
you buy except,
Beachwear, Underwear or clearance merchandise. Sales of Beachwear, Underwear
and clearance merchandise are FINAL. ANASTASIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE
