Shipping and Returns
• Anastasia is proud to offer FREE shipping on all normally priced items and a low, flat-rate $15.00 U.S. 3-day shipping with Federal Express on orders containing sale items. You can also choose a flat-rate $30 U.S.Overnight shipping with Federal express for all orders.
• Anastasia offers FREE SHIPPING on
all orders over $1000.
• We process orders Monday - Friday.
• In stock orders received before 1 pm Pacific time will ship on
the SAME DAY we receive them.
If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be
processed and shipped the next business day.
• We do not ship on holidays.
• A physical address is required, no PO Box addresses
will be accepted.
• All orders will be shipped "Signature Required"
Anastasia will ship packages to all countries other than the U.S.,
using Federal Express. For all international orders, customers are
responsible for paying the shipping, customs and import duties.
This amount will be added to your order total.(This may consist of additional charges from FedEx, Customs, or other related charges) Anastasia cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. In addition, we will only ship to a valid billing address as stated on your credit card. For more

No Return on International Orders Allowed!
We take great pride in our reputation for the
quality of our merchandise and our excellent customer service. Our
goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused
item within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Just
a couple things to remember and confirm before sending us the return
merchandise.
Your return:
• can be sent only after you have called in and received return authorization.
• must be unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged;
• must have the original tags still attached and not removed (shoes
must have a sticker under the sole still attached);
• must be sent in its original packaging - must have the ANASTASIA
return slip (which you'll find on the order form) inside
the package;
• must reach ANASTASIA within 20 days from the delivery date;
• customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns;
• must be sent in one single shipping: we cannot accept returned items
from the same order sent separately.
If all of the above required conditions are met we will refund your
order value. If not, we will give you the option of re-sending the
items to your address at your own cost. If you reject the return
shipment, ANASTASIA reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and
withhold credit.
Any items returned outside this time frame are accepted at the
discretion of ANASTASIA and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.
ANASTASIA offers no refunds on Beachwear, Underwear and Sales 
merchandise. Sales of Beachwear, Underwear and Sales merchandise
are FINAL. In addition, please note that ANASTASIA may, from time to
time, designate on the Website other non-returnable merchandise. Any
such designation will be noted on the detail page of the merchandise,
which is non-returnable.
In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at returns@anastasiausa.net , or
if you are a member of Société d'Anastasia by simply
filling out the form located here: RMA request
form, within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one
shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur
additional shipping cost.
The RMA number should be written on your original invoice and
on the return-shipping label. We request that
returns are shipped through our shipping partner FEDEX.
If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and we
will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of
returned merchandise. All undamaged, correctly returned products will
be
credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes.
Alternatively, you can request a ANASTASIA store credit that can be
used against future purchase at ANASTASIA.
